LXD, LLC was founded by the originators of LCD's. Our roots go back to the International Liquid Crystal Company--the inventors of TN liquid crystal displays. LXD has been a major contributor to the LCD industry in manufacturing, development, and research for over 35 years.

We have over 30 patents (pins, fluids, and electronics) for improving the optical and environmental performance of LCDs. We set the standard for extended temperature range (-55°C to +122°C), wide margins of environmental stability, and extremely wide viewing angles.

Our understanding of materials, processes, and tightly controlled cell spacing has resulted in displays with unmatched viewing characteristics, brightness, and overall readability.
